Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notifying you once your refund has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Bank Account: First, check your bank account again to ensure the refund hasn’t been posted.
  2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@trustedlegal.online.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, we will gladly arrange an exchange for the same item at no additional cost.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund Deduction: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
